The Band "Falling Darkness" rarely sets down roots. However, their songwriter has been in a slump. Worse still, the Toreador of Jacksonville has been ruining their reputation, making touring the Sabbat basically impossible as they are being attacked socially and sometimes physically wherever they go. Tallahassee gives them a chance to show up the toreador. Making a culture can't be that hard.
