Lifeweb is an arcanoi that draws upon the backdoor of all wraiths connection to the underworld to shape fetters, and empower wraiths. Practice of the signature arcanoi of the monitors guilds causes the user's eyes to never close

Challenge: None Cost: 1 pathos Duration: Instant
Turn a dead or object into a new fetter for a wraith, you or the target pay the XP cost for a new fetter, in an emergency targets can be fettered to shadowlands matter but they cannot resolve such fetters.
⚫⚫ Sever Strand
Challenge: Socials(Empathy) vs Socials(willpower) Cost: 1 Pathos Duration: One action
Make a socials(Empathy) v socials(willpower) to cut a wraith you can see from one of its fetters temporarily inflicting a -1 penalty to all checks for the scene. This power does not stack with itself and wraiths can only be cut off from one fetter but if they have no fetters left they fall to the labyrinth for a destructive harrowing.

A wraith with this power can connect up to five other wraiths in their strands, while in this web, any target can spend defense or melee retests for each other.

This power upgrades level 3, and allows people connected by the web to spend discipline level retests for each other, meaning you can call might for people who don't have it or persistence etc.

Challenge: None Cost: One pathos Duration: One challenge
Wraiths with this power can spend a pathos for a discipline level Mental retest (Once per challenge).
