Turn a dead or object into a new fetter for a wraith, you or the target pay the XP cost for a new fetter, in an emergency targets can be fettered to shadowlands matter but they cannot resolve such fetters.

⚫⚫ Sever Strand

Challenge: Socials(Empathy) vs Socials(willpower) Cost: 1 Pathos Duration: One action

Make a socials(Empathy) v socials(willpower) to cut a wraith you can see from one of its fetters temporarily inflicting a -1 penalty to all checks for the scene. This power does not stack with itself and wraiths can only be cut off from up to 3 fetters but if they have no fetters left they fall to the labyrinth for a destructive harrowing.

⚫⚫⚫ Web of ghosts

Challenge: None Cost: One pathos/target Duration: One Scene

A wraith with this power can connect up to five other targets in their strands, while in this web, any target can spend skill retests for each other. Establishing the web does not take an action.

This power upgrades level 3, and allows people connected by the web to spend discipline level retests for each other, meaning you can call might for people who don't have it or persistence etc.

Challenge: None Cost: One pathos/target Duration: One scene

This power upgrades level 3, Any wraiths in the web count as having 3 more fetters than they have for the purposes of gaining discipline retests, if this takes a wraith above 7 fetters, they can use negation 3 times this scene without losing a fetter.
