The Hacktivist may enchant a camera and grant it a semblance of sentience. The Camera takes up a retainer slot. The vampire may swap their consciousness to the Camera at any time, and my establish a single criteria for the camera to ping them, that it needs their attention. This is the start of rituals that the Hacktivists are using to create Blood based robotics.
