Effect:

• Level 1: Deviant can be understood by any creature even if they don’t speak the same language
• Level 2: Deviant is always treated as if they have a dot of prestige with whoever they’re talking to, people won’t initiate combat with the deviant unless the deviant provokes them to frenzy.
• Level 3: Entrancement ( this one is Active. Uses Empathy vs willpower)

Effect:

• Level 1: The deviant may always draw a weapon as free action
• Level 2: The deviant deals one additional damage in the first round of combat
• Level 3: The deviant gets the surprise retest on the 1st round of combat against whoever they attack first, unless they themselves are surprised.

Effect: The Deviant gains a rage pool equal to rating. Each use of Rage reduces the charge. They can use this rage to take an extra action.
