Ventrue Orders

Ventrue sometimes join organizations known as orders. The oldest and most powerful of these orders offer unique, specialized training to their members. In order to join an order, a Ventrue must be nominated by three other Ventrue, then pass an examination put forth by the reigning members of the order, and then finally pay 10 experience for the training they are given. If a venture fails their examination, they may not try again for 50 years. Ventrue may be members of multiple orders, but being a member of more than three is difficult since each Order tends to have a negative view of at least one other order. In addition, the various conflicting duties can be taxing on a kindred.

Brief descriptions of each order and its benefits are detailed below.

Technically many of these orders are open to members of other clans, but none have ever been invited. Ventrue can found new orders with the approval of 20 other Ventrue. (When attempting this Clan, prestige is important. Technically any skills but Defense and Occult are fine)

  • The Hague: Ventrue Judges who administer Camarilla Law.
  • Court of Many Colors: Ventrue Diplomats who negotiate treaties between clans and cities.
  • Knights of Blood: Ventrue Warriors who uphold a knightly Ideal
  • The White Cross: Ventrue Experts on the supernatural
  • The Crimson Sceptre: Ventrue Intelligence Agency
  • Hawk Royale: Ventrue Lore Masters
  • Sisterhood of Amastris: Feminist Ventrue
  • Crimson Paladins: Inquisitorial Ventru
  • Sweet Science: Boxing Club
  • The Patrons: Showing up the Toreador

The Ventrue gains the 6th dot of the associated skill. This is not a phantom dot and refreshes naturally like a standard ability rank.
