Flavor: You howl to the open sky to communicate a simple concept pack members
Effect: Communicate a concept to a pack member who is within 50 miles of you. This is done through a howl, that most if not all humans will disregard as nothing more than a dog.

Challenge: Socials(intimidate) vs mentals(willpower)
Flavor: You howl at a target filling them with fear, your pack mates may join you to amplify the effect
Effect: By making a Social Challenge against your foe, you strike terror into your victim. If you succeed, the subject flees your presence and tries to avoid you for the rest of the scene or for one hour whichever is shorter. If cornered, the victim will still defend himself, but he will do his best to escape you. The subject defends himself normally, but he is loathe to engage you in Challenges. For each Pack member that joins you in the howl you add +2 traits to the check and may target an additional person.

Flavor: For some Garou there bark is worse than there bite. For the Red Talons this is no insult, As there Elders have honed there voice into a powerful weapon that can shatter stone and rupture flesh.
Effect: By making a Social Challenge against your foe, your bark ripples the air dealing a powerful concussive blast dealing 4L damage and pushes them back 5 steps, for each pack member that joins you in the attack increase the damage by 1L and increase the steps pushed back by 2. (Damage cap is still 6 except against structures). Red Talons will occasionally use this gift to bring down buildings or other monuments of man.
