The Gangrel of the Florida Free states are wanderers, People who never quite fit it anywhere. The Gangrel badlands in Mid Florida Hosts the largest amount of Gangrel in a Lawless Democratic utopia. Gangrel who don't live in the Badlands are largely those who are very committed to the Anarch cause, who work as Messengers and Smugglers for the Anarchy.

Non-Anarch Gangrel don't really give a shit about the Anarchy or the Floridian Free State.
