Signature Illusions
Ravnos can make the same illusion over and over again such that it is more potent than when created by other Chimerstry practitioners. These Signature Illusions are activated like Rituals, except they have a casting time of 1 action or less. They cost 5exp for Ravnos to learn and 10 for members of other clans. Creating a new Signature illusion requires research. Signature illusions cost 4 Freebies each at game start
Level 2
Hearts Desire 1 blood
The Ravnos holds out their hand and makes a Subterfuge (Socials) check against a target's Mentals (Investigate) If successful the Ravnos is seen to be holding whatever the target wants most in the world. The Ravnos doesn't know what it is unless the target tells them. Humans are absolutely enraptured and will do anything to get it. Vampires and other supernatural are less impressed.
Level 3
Sword of Endings: 1 blood
The Ravnos can create a more potent Chimerical Blade than others. This Sword lasts for 5 rounds and grants traits equal to their level in Chimerstry. The Ravnos need only sped a step and a blood to draw this blade in combat. It deals (Chimerstry) in lethal damage. The Ravnos must spend a Blood every round to keep it manifest. She may spend additional blood to change the lethal to aggravated on a 1 for 1 basis each round. Summoning the sword does not require an action. The Blade isn't real and cannot be boosted through things that increase the damage of swords. The only thing capable of boosting the damage is Dominate 5: Hardening of Will, This specific rule overrules the general rule on Hardening of will regarding Melee and Brawl attacks.
Level 3
I have your Papers. 1 Blood
The Ravnos may hold up a piece of paper and make a Subterfuge (Socials) against a target's Investigate (Mentals) Success results in the target seeing whatever they expected to see on the paper. Will power can't be spent for a retest on this power.
Level 4
Chimerical Feint 1 blood
The Ravnos can create a phantom arm, to trigger his opponent's defenses. The Ravnos may make a subterfuge (mental) vs targets Mentals (Investigate). If successful, the target loses all their defense retests. This power can explicitly be used with Celerity. Takes one action.
Level 4
Cold Illusions 1 blood
The Ravnos strike a Fey with something they absolutely hate. It de-activates all active Contracts of level 4 or lower.
Level 5
Explosive Force 1 blood
The Ravnos creates a Chimerical bomb and convinces an object that it is real. The Bomb deals 5ag to any structure.
Level 5
IFF Error 1 blood
The Ravnos can use Subterfuge (Mentals) in place of Defense with a 5-trait penalty. If they successfully get out of the way, the target's attack may be redirected to anyone within two steps of the Ravnos. The Target is refunded their skill retests spent and must spend them on the new target.
