Sacrifice one of your fetters into oblivion, it becomes an oblivion pillar, a plinth of the neverborn. When in the scene with your pillar, which is stationary you get +4 to all traits. You must feed the pillar 3 angst every month or it is destroyed. Your max fetter count is reduced by 1. Spectres may only have 1 oblivion pillar and may only gain the benefits from one oblivion pillar.

Spend a willpower and an angst, Make an attack against one target phys vs phys no retests(might applies) it deals 6 agg. You can upgrade the cost to a permanent willpower to target everyone in the scene you choose.
