The Abeline heresy believes they are the children of Abel, granted the power to stand between Humanity and the Devils. God returned the heart that Caine ripped from his brother to turn Abel into his Dark Angel. The Followers believe their powers come directly from God as his power flowed through Abel and thus flows through Abels Children, the Vampires.

This works just like Twice-Damned but has a different explanation as to where the powers are coming from.
