A wraith with this power can touch a target and spend a pathos to heal the target one lethal damage.

A wraith with this power’s touch can be draining. Spend a pathos and make a Mentals(Medicine) vs Physicals(Defense) test. If you succeed you deal 2 lethal to a creature and heal 1 health level.

This power upgrades early withdrawal allowing it to be used as a ranged attack and increasing the damage by 2 and the healing by 1.

By spending a pathos the wraith can make an oath similar to how changelings do between any number of willing parties, the oath is enforced by oblivion and oathbreakers fall into the well of oblivion, or their soul becomes an Obolus, a soul coin, depending on the contract.
