Risen are Wraiths inhabiting their own bodies.
Risen can only gain the vampire disciplines of potence, celerity, and fortitude. Might and the extra action from celerity 3 don’t stack with the outrage 3 extra action or labyrinth wraith’s might retest. There is a ritual to become a risen it is diff 6 and involves completion of a harrowing as well as having a body prepared by a wraith in the skinlansds.
