The Demon Can speak to anyone in the same city as them, so long as they have had a conversation in the past 28 days

Animal Messenger

Challenge: Socials(animal ken) vs Socials(willpower) Cost: 1-5 animal ken Duration: Scene

Demons can spend up to 5 animal ken to summon and speak with animals as per animalism 1-2.

Corrupting Influence

Challenge: Target's(self control) vs diff(4) Cost: 1 aether Duration: 1 Scene

The Demon can force a self-control test. If failed the target does whatever they want to do most

Sum of All Fear

Challenge: Target's(Courage) vs diff(5) Cost: 1 aether Duration: 1 Scene

Provokes a Frenzy test Dif 5. The Demon chooses the frenzy type. Creatures that can't frenzy run as per fear frenzy

Social Engineering

Mentals (Intimidate) vs. Mentals (Will) Cost: None Duration: 10 minutes

The demon can instill a condition as per dominate 2, which occurs upon a trigger for 10 minutes.

Hear

Challenge: None Cost: None Duration: Passive

The Demon can listen in on any conversation where his name is mentioned. Within the same building. This works even when using a pseudonym or just using pronouns if the intent is to speak about him. (This power works poorly for PCs)


Warning

Challenge: None Cost: 1 aether Duration: Passive

The Demon spends an aether when entering a scene and learns the threat level of the scene, what the threat is, and may ask one question about the nature of the threat.

I Speak Human

Challenge: None Cost: None Duration: Passive

The Demon Reads, writes and Speaks any language.

A Firm Grip Makes the Man

Challenge: None Cost: None Duration: Passive

The demon knows the name and other basic details of anyone they shake hands with.

The Secret Sound

Challenge: None Cost: None Duration: Passive

The Demon may turn invisible to cameras and the naked eye as per Visceratika. Acts as Level 3 versus sensory powers. Alternately he may create a 5 foot bubble of silence as quietus 1.

The Word

Challenge: Mentals (Intimidate) vs. Mentals (Willpoweer) Cost: 1 Aether, 1 Cover Duration: 10 minutes, once triggered.

Dominate 2, except the demon can make commands that aren't totally possible and they will still kind of happen. (Example: jump up 20 feet in the air, human breaths fire)

Ultimatum

Challenge: Mentals (Intimidate) vs. Mentals (Willpower) Cost: 1 Aether, 1 Cover Duration: Instant

The Demon issues a command that must not be harmful to the character. If they do not perform the action they take 6 ag. They know that this is the result.

Force Relationship

Challenge: Socials (Expression) vs. Socials (Willpower) Cost: 1 Aether, 1 Cover Duration: 1 Night

The Demon forces a level 2 bloodbond in effect between himself and someone else. He is as subject to this bond as the other person. The Bond lasts for one night.

Even Angels Cry

Challenge: None Targets must spend a wp to retests against the demon's socials(leadership) Cost: 1 Aether, 1 Cover Duration: 1 Scene

The demon forces all those in the scene to drop to their knees and weep. Targets must spend a temp wp for a test against this effect. The demon making an attack or offensive action ends this power.

Tower of Babel

Challenge: Simple(Mentals(academics) v Mentals(academics), no retests of any kidn) Cost: 1 Aether, 1 Cover Duration: 1 Scene

The Demon makes it impossible to speak the same language in a building, communication is impossible. Targets with Telepathy or other equivalents may make a Mentals v Mentals Simple test vs the demon to use it.
