Signed by the original leaders of the assault on Central Florida. The following is a list of agreements agreed to prior to the assault on the Sabbat and Camarilla.

1: Protect the Masquerade to the best of your ability. 2: Citizens of one Domain in the compact may pass through other domains unmolested as long as they stay longer than a night. Any longer they must ask permission. 3: No Diablerie of Anarch citizens. Individual Barons may make more restrictive rulings. 4: Collusion with the Camarilla or Sabbat against another Anarch domain is treason. 5: No Aggression between anarch domains for one year following the conquest. 6: When declaring war against other anarchs external mediation may be requested from California. 7: In Conflicts with other Anarch, surrenders must be honored.
