Winter’s Bite: Winter’s Bite is an extremely old thaumaturgy developed by a Tzimisce and Gangrel from Oymyakon Russia. It was developed in the lands under Baba Yaga’s control and has only recently started to dribble out from behind the iron curtain. It is both a Koldonic path and something that can be used by Animists. It channels the chilling biting cold of winter into vicious attacks.
When used by Kolduns the secondary skill is Subterfuge

Challenge: None Cost: One Blood Duration: Action Lowers the temperature in a small area. Allows the user to extinguish fires and chill items. If used on a person, they lose one step. THis does not stack with other things that reduce steps
Frozen Arsenal OO
Challenge: None Cost: One Blood Duration: Scene The Kindred slices his hand and freezes the blood and air moisture into a wicked blade. The weapon deals 2 Lethal, Provides two traits and can be swung with occult or melee.
Cold- Hearted OOO
Challenge: None Cost: One Blood Duration:Scene The caster touches a targets chest. From then on the difficulty of all frenzy checks are lowered by one, he loses ties on humanity checks.
Death-cicle BarrageOOOO
Challenge: None Cost: One Blood, Willpower Duration: action The Thaumaturge creates and throws a number of sharpened icicles. As a part of casting the user may make a Physical + Athletics test to throw the barrage of icy projectiles. This attack does two lethal and also freezes one of the opponents blood for the scene. This blood is not expended but instead frozen in the kindreds system and unusable.
Creeping Ice OOOOO
Challenge: None Cost: One Blood Duration: Scene The thaumaturge extends out a field of cold around themselves that kills life around them. Anyone within 10 steps of the caster takes two lethal each round, and loses one blood for the scene.This blood is not actually spent but instead frozen in the vampires system so that it is unusable. As a final benefit the damage of frozen arsenal and Deathcicle barrage are increased by one.
