Flavor: The Ragabash gains control over delirium to hid from not only mortals but even supernaturals.
Effect: Obfuscate, level of hiddenness is based on rank. The Garou may not take on other forms but can obscure themselves. Follows auspex v Ocfuscate rules.

Level: Advanced
Cost: 1 Gnosis -
Duration: Instant - Scene
Flavor:The whims of fate can be nudged in the favor of the Fera or the misfortune of their enemies.
Effect: say a single simple sentence that foretells something in the intimidate future, it becomes true. What you can say must be minor to the narrative, usually a single detail can change, that lasts for a scene. The power works only once per game, and only once per scene, no matter how many garou have it. Prophecy is a fickle mistress and will not help her children twice.
Limits: you cannot physically harm someone or force someone to succeed for fail. Examples

Flavor: The Master Trickster knows how to manipulate the powers of Delirium to dull the mind into a stupor.
Effect: makes it so that a number of targets simply stop paying attention to existence. Targets everyone in a room except the garous pack mates. Every person in the room must make a conscience test vs the rank of the Garou. The power works automatically on humans, Ghouls, kinfolk, and changelings, they cannot resist its effects. The targets remain “blanked” for the scene or until they are interacted with. Essentially they are blind, dumb, and deaf to the world until jostled or dealt a level of damage.
