Wonder Crafting:

Some Spells can be long cast to create Wonders. Wonders are permanent magical items that can be wielded by anyone. Creating a wonder costs an action and a Craft check commiserate to the type of item being created. Some wonders are one use. This check can be triple overbid. For armor and weapons, Each additional wonder effect placed on an item increases the difficulty of the check to add the new effect to it in the following way. For level one items the check is hand waived. Fetishes can have wonder effects added to them, but are considered to already have 2 effects on them.
