Duration: Instant - Scene
Flavor: The Galliard voice can ring in their allies minds even without moving their lips.
Effect: Telepathic Communication allows you to establish a single direction of telepathic contact with a target whom you know the exact location of, allowing you to speak in their mind. Images cannot be transmitted, as the link is not strong enough to convey anything other than words. Communication occurs at the speed of speech and does not break through language barriers. You must have a language in common with your target, and must use a language they understand in order to convey your thoughts to them. The garou may link a number of participants to themselves equal to their rank.

_______
Name: Headgames
Level: Master
Cost: 1 Gnosis
Duration: Scene
Flavor: The silver tongue of master Gilliard can make even the most outlandish claim seem true for a time.
Effect: Make someone believe something is true for a scene.
Make a Mental (empathy) vs targets Mentals (willpower). If successful you can make something appear true to them. You can either tell them or tell the ST running a scene ( if there is one,) to narrate it into the description of a scene. The target will believe what is said but is not forced to make out of character reactions. It also cannot trick them into attacking packmates. as they will always recognize their pack.
