Spend a blood to talk with a character in another scene as though they were standing right next to you. At most you can have 5 back and forth exchanges.

A chill wind blows through. All characters save the caster in the room lose a step from their movement and take one bashing at the start of each turn for the scene

Challenge: N/A Cost: 1 Blood Duration: Scene
A tailwind blows behind the Koldun and his allies, adding two steps a round to their movement speed for the scene.
⚫⚫⚫⚫ Tempest

The Koldun ride the wind and may travel 250mph through the sky. The koldun may not move in the same turn as casting this spell.

Challenge: Mentals (Occult) vs Physicals (Athletics) Cost: 1 Willpower (Temp), 1 blood Duration: Instant
Summons a powerful storm across a city. Rain falls from the skies, lightning burns the ground and wind blows powerfully enough to create small twisters. Property damage is assured. All targets without Might or similar super strength must move in a random direction (dictated by the Story Teller) each turn. In addition the Koldun can spend an action to summon a bolt of lightning from the sky to strike his target for (4L) each turn for no cost Mentals (Occult) vs Physicals (Athletics).
