Casting Merit
Casting -
2 Point Merit Anarch Thaums - Punk/New Age/Animist/Hacktivist
Clan - Koldonic/Hermetic/Dur- An- Ki/Sadhana/Akhu/
Infernal - Dark Thaum
This merit must be learned before a character can cast any Thaumaturgy. A character can take this multiple times for different magical styles. Any character can qualify for Punk, New Age, Hacktivist, and Animist casting styles. Each casting style is a separate Merit.
If your clan has blood sorcery in-clan, you get the corresponding merit for free. (Obertus get Koldunism, Tremere get Hermetic, Assamite get Dur-an-Ki, etc.) These must be learned in character if you are not a member of one of those clans.
