Additionally you are considered fully submerged if you are completely soaked in water. Extreme heat may dry you off. Being covered in ice does not count as the Kun must flow freely.

The Kun simply means the way. These gifts are of use to the Rokea and may be taught like any other gift.. But most Rokea would find the idea of teaching them confusing. To a Rokea, these aren’t gifts that can be taught but just a common part of being a Rokea

Name: Apex of the Ocean

Level: Basic

Cost: Permanent

Duration: Permanent

Flavor: The Kun is the wyld beneath the waves. Those who channel the Kun are empowered by it and nurtured by it. While surrounded by waters Rokea become faster, stronger, and far more deadlier.

Effect: The rokea can breathe water and while fully submerged in the water the rokea may move one additional step each action, deals 1 additional level of damage with all bite and claw attacks and gains 1 additional action each turn, as though she had spent a rage.

Level: Advanced

Cost: 1 Gnosis

Duration: Instant

Flavor: The Kun Shows a window into the past. The Rokea can attune its senses to see it as well.

Level: Master

Cost: 1 Gnosis

Duration: Scene

Flavor: Sometimes, loathsome as it may be, the Rokea must walk on the unsea, where they are less powerful. Elder Rokea find this state of being to be unacceptable

Effect: The rokea is considered to be fully submerged in the water for the remainder of the scene, and may even swim through the air, though she is limited to a height of about 10 feet off the ground.
