Abandon The Fetters
Instant
The Tremere can break a blood bond. He requires a trait of blood from both parties involved in the bond. The target of the ritual loses 3 health levels.

The caster ties a blue silk cord around their neck. The caster can instantaneously snap this cord by act of will at any time to cause a Presence power directed against them to instead reflect upon the Presence user. This does not work on Majesty and higher-level powers. Takes an action to create. Lasts until used.
