Clan advantage: Chronal Manipulation: The True Brujah may purchase the below Level 5 Celerity.

Temporis:

Once per scene, the True Brujah may spend an additional Blood and a Will when they activate Celerity to gain one additional extra action above what they would otherwise be able to call. After doing so, they must test against their Clan Flaw.
