New Player Bonus Point exchange
When the same person shows up twice in a row and tells us you brought them, you get a New Player Bonus Point. These can be cashed in for:
1 level of an Ability
3 Attribute traits (1-10) or 1 Attribute trait (11+)
Up to a three point Merit
One Permanent Willpower
2 Rituals
2 Labs
2 Specialties
1 Path or Humanity rating
