Wraith
Wraiths work just like any other retainer. If a character can get a wraith retainer (through the use of Necromancy). Creating a wraith works just like creating a ghoul, except instead of getting a point of discipline they get access to one arcane listed below. All wraith retainers are guard or investigation retainers. They also follow the same rules as retainers with regard to their being able to present in a scene at the same time as you. They get 10 exp every October just like ghouls do unless they are a player-controlled wraith. By default, Wraiths are incorporeal and only exist in the deadlands.
Arcanoi:
( Costs 12 exp per arcanoi)
Using an arcanoi costs 1 pathos. A Wraiths max Pathos is one less than the Wraits Max willpower
Argos: This Arcanoi allows the wraith to function as both a guard and Investigation retainer. In addition, they can instantly jump to any one of their fetters. Lastly, a wraith can make an Expression: Tempest ( Socials) against another wraith to teleport them away from them.
Castigate: This arcanoi allows the wraith to send a wave of purity at a target's shadow. When attacking spectres the Wraith deals 4 ag no matter what kind of weapon he wields. When attacking other undead her does 2 ag.
Embody: This Arcanoi allows the Wraith to manifest and interact with the physical world for the scene. If they take 3 damage they ae shunted back to deadlands.
Fatalism: The Wraith can aura percept individuals and can identify creatures.
Inhabit: See Path of Technomancy 5
Keening: See Dementation 5 except the power affects only a single target
Lifeweb: Turn a dead mortal into a Fetter. In addition, the Wraith can spend a Pathos for a discipline retest.
Moliate: Passive: The Wraiths physical mental and social traits increase by 3. Active: The wraith may change his appearance for one Pathos.
Outrage: The wraith can make attacks from the deadlands against objects. Dealing 3 lethal damage to the object bypassing soak.
Pandemonium: The Wraith may make a social attack ( Empathy) versus a target to confuse a target and make the target see people as different people than they are.
Puppetry: Skin-ride mortals. Must be a non augmented human. Social attack vs them.
Phantasm: The wraith can enter the dreams of others. They can do one damage with a successful social attack but any damage causes the sleeper to awaken. They can control the dream with opposed willpower.
Usury: The wraith can “bribe” a spectre by spending 5 pathos. This causes spectres in an area ( about 20 steps) to become docile.
Dark Arcanoi:
Every time a dark arcanoi is used the wraith must make a chop to avoid turning into a spectre
Tempest Weaving: The wraith spend a pathos for an additional action.
Contaminate: The Spectre can spend an angst to give a shadow control over a wraith for a round.
Tempestos: Summon a localized Maelstrom.
Maleficience: Inflict severe pain on a target. Down 3 traits for the scene. Does not stack. ea
