The spectre may spend an angst to conjure any +3 or lower or category 4 or lower item to their hand for the scene only they may use the item.

This Power upgrades carve the chaos allowing it to produce +4 or cat 5 items.

Spend 2 angst 1 willpower to summon a maelstrom to the scene. The scene is now different. All creatures in the scene(Except spectres and the caster) take 2 Lethal a turn and visibility is reduced to darkness. The spectre using this power can see clearly. Other Wraiths in the scene lose 1 pathos a turn and it’s absorbed by any spectres in the scene.
