The Gathering place of the Anarchy is most often called City Hall. Rallies, Nirvana, Senate, Rant, Campfire, and the Baron's House Party are all equally used. Some domains even still use the word Elysium, saying that they are taking it for themselves.
The Rules for each one vary but typically final death is not allowed and fighting is kept to a single space prepared for such events.
