Dark Thaumaturgy is Thaumaturgy gained from Demons. Only some Paths can be learned this way and they are 1/ per level cheaper than an out of clan should be.

Pact Magic Ritual Level 2 *This ritual can be derived by anyone with occult of 5 or anyone with Daimonion*

Using this ritual summons a Demon who will agree to teach the kindred magic in exchange for part of their Soul.

There will always be a price to learning Dark Thaumaturgy, each path learned with Dark Thaumaturgy makes the Kindred take on another Price:

Prices-

Sacrifice: Must sacrifice 2 healthy humans each month. If you stop the power stops (Humanity Loss each month, this may show up in the news)

Soul Stain: Permanently stains the user's soul marking them as an internalist.

Nightmares: Target enters play down 2 willpower each month as the demon in their head whispers of the end times.

Boon You owe a major Boon to a Demon. If you fail to pay if off when called in, they take back their magic and Burn you.

Dark themes are those taught by demons. Each has a level (or several) empowered by the forces of Hell. The practitioner may use the normal effect, or they may use the dark thaum variant. However, it requires saying:" Grant me power, my Demonic Lord." As a part of the casting, if they want to use the variant.
