The Uktena are one of the 3 tribes native to the Americas. They specialize in learning the hidden secrets and Forbidden knowledge of Gaia.

The Uktena once held territory in florida and would like to have it back.

====Relationship with other Changers====
Many other tribes look down on the Uktena as they prefer to bind banes than kill them making some believe them tainted by the Wyrm. Though their willingness to adapt to modern times has aided in their image.

====Tribe Culture ====
The Uktena are some of the most spiritual of the tribes and are know for dealing with Spirits including banes which they have learnt to safety bind. They collect many dark secrets as to better combat the wyrm.

Due to the lost of their lands they feel great sympathy for those who have also lost their homes and take in many refugees from other tribes and breeds.
