'''Effect:'''  The Gurhal puts her hand upon the earth and roars into it. Ghostly figures appear and begin to act out the most recent, most important thing that has happened in an area. The figures have little in the way of detail but height, weight, and general outline are distinguishable. THe figures have no sound, their actions are clearly detailed. The Gurahl’s power can go back a number of weeks equal to rank. She knows exactly when the scene she sees happened. The one problem is that this gift almost never works at a Caern unless something truly momentous happened.

'''Effect:''' This power has three effects.  The first costs only a single gnosis while the other two cost a permanent willpower and a gnosis 

Temporary willpower: The garou may breathe life into humans and kinfolk who have been dead for less than 30 minutes. A human can only ever be subject to this gift once. 

Permanent willpower: The garou can return life to a person who has been dead for less than 30 minutes. Only changing breeds, only once ever. 

Permanent Willpower: This power can also be used offensively against undead. Mentals (Medicine) vs Mentals (willpower.)  Success deals rank + 2 aggravated damage, Failure deals half rank in damage. This can breach the damage cap and will autokill many lesser undead, though the Gurahl prefer to use the term “free.”
